Adam Leach brings over 25 years of experience in physical and technical security risk, assurance, and governance to Grattan Consulting. He has worked across government, education, commercial property, and large-scale infrastructure, leading complex security programs, managing high-value projects, and building the operational frameworks that turn well-designed systems into ones that genuinely perform in the real world. His experience spans the full project lifecycle: from security risk assessments, gap analysis, and independent peer review through to design, tender support, commissioning oversight, and post-handover operational support. That breadth means Adam understands not just what a secure system should look like on paper. He knows what it takes to run one day-to-day, and that operational insight shapes every engagement Grattan takes on. It's also what underpins Grattan's Operational Readiness service. With a career built on managing security systems through every stage of their lifecycle, Adam knows exactly what organisations need to put in place: SOPs, training, asset registers, and system fine-tuning, to make sure staff and stakeholders are confident and capable from day one. Adam's technical expertise covers access control, CCTV and video management systems, risk registers, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, working within frameworks including PSPF, ISO 31000, and HB167. He holds a current Victorian security licence.

Frith Dalglish, Principal Consultant at Grattan Consulting, Victoria, Australia

Frith Dalglish is a Principal Consultant at Grattan Consulting and a specialist in strategic security consulting, integrated electronic security systems, and operational readiness. Her background spans government, education, and commercial sectors, with a particular depth in large enterprise environments where the real-world demands of running a security system often look very different from what was designed and installed. Frith's technical expertise is broad and hands-on, covering CCTV and video management, access control, intrusion detection, mobile credentials, visitor management, system integrations, and analytics. That depth means she can assess, review, and advise on security systems with a clear understanding of how they'll perform in daily operation, not just at the point of commissioning. It's also what makes her well-placed to deliver independent peer reviews across design, specification, and implementation, identifying gaps and risks that others might miss. This operational perspective sits at the core of Grattan's Operational Readiness service. Frith has spent years supporting organisations through handover and beyond, developing SOPs, building asset registers, tailoring training to real-world scenarios, and providing ongoing support through defects liability periods. She understands that a well-installed system is only as good as the people and processes behind it. Frith holds certifications across a range of leading security platforms and holds a current Victorian security licence.
